Dr. Caust is board certified by the American College of Sexologists, and a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice in San Francisco, CA.
She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Sexology, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Clinical Sexologists. She is past
President of the Northern California Chapter of the Society for the Scientific Study of Sexuality and has taught courses in
human sexuality at the University of San Franciso, San Francisco State University and San Jose State University. She
has also made many presentations to various groups and written a number of articles.
David Hersh, Ed.D.
Dr. Hersh is a Clinical Sexologist in private practice.
He is also Clinical Director of the Hersh Centre for Sexual Wellness, with offices in Calgary, Alberta and Nelson, British Columbia.
He is a Psychotherapist, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association
of Clinical Counsellors, a board certified Sexologist by the American College of Sexologists, a certified Diplomate of the American Board of
Sexology, and a Founding Fellow of the American Academy of Clinical Sexologists. He has been a colleague of Dr. Prosterman for thirty years.

John Lambert, Ph.D.
Dr. Lambert is a distinguished Professor Emeritus of Mohawk College and McMaster
University in Hamilton, Ontario. He also had a private practice and is a Board Certified Sexologist by the American College of Sexologists.
He taught human sexuality to physicians, psychiatrists, nursing students
and others during his career of thirty seven years until he retired June, 2009. He is past chairperson of the Aids Network of Hamilton, and served on the board of Planned Parenthood
of Hamilton. He has given SAR workshops at the University of Guelph and was a well known public speaker in Southern
Ontario for many years. He provides an academic perspective and orientation.

Charles Moser, Ph.D., M.D.
Dr. Moser is currently Professor and Chair of the Department of Sexual Medicine at the Institute for Advanced Study
of Human Sexuality in San Francisco, California. He also maintains a private practice in Internal Medicine and Sexual
Medicine; he is board certified in both Internal Medicine and as a Sexologist. He has written over 40 scientific papers,
and he has served on a number of boards including The Foundation for the Scientific Study of Sexuality.
